Shipping Information:

We use recycled envelopes, boxes, tissue and paper at all times. Don't be surprised if a few dog hairs end up in your package. Orders are packed and shipped each weekday, usually no more than 24 hours following receipt of your order. All orders within the USA are shipped UPS ground. Contact us by email for international orders; we'll ship them via USPS and handle the transaction manually, as there are no options for shipping outside the USA for online ordering. Expedited (Overnight, 2 day) orders can be accomodated upon request.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt at no charge. Orders cancelled past 24 hours of receipt may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Frequently Asked Questions:

You will receive an order confirmation email, and also a shipment and tracking information email as your order is being processed. You may track your shipment through the UPS website with the tracking number provided.
